Throughout her career, she has helped people worldwide learn how to form and maintain healthy relationships. She’s particularly experienced in translating psychological theory and research into practical, accessible, and actionable advice. She has her master's degree in human development and family science and her doctorate in counseling psychology. She’s mom to two and wife to her high school sweetheart.
She is on a mission to help women feel empowered in all of their relationships so that they feel whole, light, and deeply connected to those they love and to themselves.
